The Problem

The Problem

Agile by itself is not enough to be successful in the majority of project environments. We also need to layer in more leadership and emotional intelligence to understand how to conduct ourselves and get the best out of teams.

In addition, there will be times when elements of traditional, plan-driven approaches will be useful and we need industry-specific knowledge to be viewed as credible project advisors by sponsors and stakeholders.

These facts may seem obvious and common sense, but unfortunately, this common sense is not commonly applied or taught. This site provides recommendations to consider. See Background for more information.
