Affiliates will not use any RMCLS trademarked names, abbreviations, or acronyms in any domain name, email address, or other social media identifier.

- Arrange that all marketing relating to RMCLS and its courseware, products, services, trademarks, methods, or processes is professional, positive, honest, and without exaggeration or overstatement.
- Indemnify, defend and hold RMCLS and Mike Griffiths harmless against all claims, damages, injuries or deaths, judgments, liabilities, and expenses (including legal costs and attorney fees) arising from or in connection with your breach of the conditions to this Agreement, or your negligence or violation or alleged violation of RMCLS’s proprietary information, trademark, copyright, or patent. The obligation to indemnify will survive the termination of this Agreement.
